After cleaning seed is broken into small particle & cook in a unique mechanical system where antinutrition factor of soy seed like Trypsin. Lectins, Urease, Lipase are deactivated, modify or reduce due to presser & heating it also improve the nutritional value of whole soybean for around long time. After cooking this seed process into expeller where oil is extract from soybean. The processing method is entirely mechanical and requires no chemicals or solvent such as hexane. The antinutrition enzymes of soy seed are deactivate during process.
