As you continue, you will discover the secrets of our confidence and the strength behind our conviction.PRODUCTIONThe company has its manufacturing unit in NOIDA in India.The capacity of the unit is approx. 30,000 pieces per month with our in house stitching machines 60 units .WASHINGThe unit is equipped with Washing Machines, Tubular and Hydro for in house washings.FINISHING & PACKINGWe are equipped with for finishing about 2000 pieces per day.QUALITY CONTROLThe quality control team, which is independent of the production department, is very essential for the continuous maintaining of the company&＃39;s high quality standards, which ensures that we get a very high quality image with its discerning buyers. The quality team checks fabrics at the mills and also places experienced checkers at every stage of production from cutting to finishing. Therefore, the made-ups is checked at every stage of production and if there is a problem the quality control person has the authority to stop the assembly line till that time it is corrected. We inspect shipments at our end before offering shipment for inspection to buyers or sending shipments to platform.
