Sigma Flour Milling Industries is one of the leading wheat flour manufacturers in Turkey operating since 1974 . The milling capacity of our two plants (Bafra/Samsun and Silivri/Istanbul) is 1050 metric tons per day.



As an exporter/producer of a large range of white wheat flour supported by a fully integrated production plant, we have been exporting to several countries from Georgia/Black Sea Regions, Middle East, Africa, Far East, UN and some governmental organizations for many years.
