technology management and control components, for the marine market.

Business Summary: Smartswitch develop and manufacture micro processor
driven management and control, systems for the marine market. These include
Tank (fuel, grey, black), Fire Alarm, Navlight, Fuel Transfer, Bilge, Alarm, Toilet
system controllers.

Management: There are 2 managers.
Neil Gilmore has a background in electronics and is chief designer, having also
run support teams for companies such as Computerland and Royal Sun Alliance.
John Holden has a successful track record of start up to $20million turn over and
a sale of $6million from his previous business.

Product/Services: Easy to install and easy to operate, Smartswitch units employ
State-of-Art Microcomputer Technology insuring long term reliability. Cut all
poSmartswitchr to the units and data retention is guaranteed for 40-years. Silicon
encapsulation with all internal program switches sealed to IP-67m
specifications is proof that Smartswitch technologies are designed and built for a
long life at sea.

Target Market: Boats -sail and motor- between 30-100 feet. There are 30 million
boats of this size in existence -most don't have internal management systems on
board - i.e. no dashboard showing fuel, water, alarms etc.

Customers: Riviera, Maritimo, Grand Banks, New Zealand Police Boat, Q-West, Bertram & Palm Marine to name a few.
