Sofst need seamless steel  pipes ST 35.8 I as attached as I informed you before, the first consignment in principle ( 3500 tubes), and after installation it in vacuum pans and making tests at site we will buy the anothers quantity 96000 tubes.
Please send us your complete offer including all mentioned items in our attached.
Please do not delay because there is no enough time ( because we will import 3500 tubes and after tests  it we will buy the remainder quantity 93500 tubes, and after 5 month the sugar factories will work, we want to finish importing all quantity before 5 month.
