This product is called DUT(Device Under Testing), which is adhered with many sockets to test a large volume of semiconductor devices.
Material : Polyimde   8 layer 1.6t  560mm x 450mm

2. System board
This board combines several layers of circuitry with plated through holes to form a much smaller and denser package. It will also increase the speed of the electronic signals to assist high speed applications.  Material : FR-4 , 16 layers , 2.4 t  530mm x 450mm

3. Probe card
A Test Kit which tests & inspects the chips on wafers which have been completed with semiconductor processes.
-Material : Nelco(N-4000-13) 46 layer , 6.2t 440mm x 440mm
