Buyer should Issue ICPO + BCL to Seller. 2. Seller then gives FCO to Buyer. 3. Buyer also Signs FCO and Returns to Seller. 4. Buyer & Seller Signs Contract and within 72Hrs, and after Signing, Seller&＃39;s Bank SWIFTS POP + 2% Non Operative PB to Buyer&＃39;s Bank and Buyer issues Transferable SBLC to activate Seller&＃39;s 2% PB. Transaction proceeds as contained on the Contract. ============================================================ On BLCO, Seller & Buyer will Sign SPA with Full Banking Coordinates. After Siging of SPA, Buyer will Issue Bank Payment Undertaking (BPU) within 72hrs in favour of Seller + CPA. Immediately after this, Seller Loads product and gives ATB to Buyer. Buye
