STANDARD FACILITIES LIMITED was incorporated in Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in April 2006 to carry out the business of Real Estate Services, Facilities Management, and Building Construction / Civil Engineering Works.
Real Estate Services:
Standard Facilities Limited provide housing re-location services for corporate organizations and individuals. Our real estate portfolio consists of fully serviced luxury apartments, detached houses, terrace / town houses, etc.
Bare plots of land and fully developed properties of various types are also available for outright sale, and for other investment proposals.
Facilities Management Services:
We offer total and efficient solutions to the facilities management requirements of: serviced (luxury) flats, office complexes, banks, and other public buildings.
Our main thrust is in the provision of preventive maintenance services in the following areas: Air Conditioning Systems, Electrical and Plumbing Installations, Generators. Others are Janitorial Services, General Maintenance, Gardening and Landscaping, Interiors & Space Planning e. t. c.
Civil / Building Construction Works:
Our operations include Building / Civil construction works, Renovations, and Project Management Consultancy.
