STERIMED MEDICAL DEVICES (P) LTD wish to introduce Sterimed Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. (SMDPL) as a manufacturer of Surgical Medical Disposables. SMDPL is part of STERIMED group of companies which has been engaged in this trade for over 5 decades, manufacturing over 90 products including Foley Balloon Catheters, Urine Bags, Infant Feeding Tubes, Suction Catheters etc. Over these decades, the group companies have diversified into medical devices, medical & industrial adhesive tapes, orthopaedic plasters, first aid kits for automobile industry, Vapour corrosion inhibitors for the steel industry, hotmelt coatings and adhesives for industrial & medical applications. The group is promoted by highly experienced promoters and is backed by a strong research & development department. The team consists of highly qualified scientists, engineers, and managers who are capable of handling complex customer requirements.
SMDPL is a fast growing company and has modern manufacturing facilities for various Surgical Medical Disposables at Bahadurgarh near Delhi. The facilities include high capacity dip moulding & packaging equipment installed in clean room conditions suitable for medical device manufacturing. A disciplined work force supported by a very rigid & qualified QC Dept. ensure a perfectly consistent quality. The company is ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 13485: 2003 and WHO GMP Certified. Also all our products are CE Certified.
The company has more than 90 products for various fields starting from Urology, Gastro Entrology, Anaesthesia, Ortho Products, General Surgery, Gynaecology and Paediatric etc. SMDPL products are carefully designed to provide the confidence in performing and a highest degree of comfort to the patient while in use.
SMDPL has recently set up a state of the art plant for manufacture of Foley Balloon Catheters. Silicon coating and symmetrically large capacity balloon makes it most convenient and smooth finish catheter.
