9)TIME OF PAYMENT:THE BUYER MUST PAY 30%(   USD)AS THE DEPOSIT FIRST.THE BALANCE OF TOTAL VALUE MUST BE PAID TO THE SELLER AFTER RECEVIE THE COPY OF B/L BY FAX.THEN THE SELLER WILL SEND ALL DOCUMENTS(B/L,INVOICE,PACKING LIST) TO BUYER.
