supertannery feel pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of the largest manufacturer & exporter ofLeather Hides, Safety Footwear, Military Footwear, Formal Shoes & other Leather Accessories. We are an ISO 9001, SA 8000 & ISO 14001 certified company based in Northern region of India (at Kanpur & Unnao).

We have launched our various range of Safety Footwear with the following types of Sole Constructions :-

1.  PU Sole with Direct Injection Process Single/Double Density in DESMA machine (fully automatic)
2.  Rubber / Nitrile Rubber Sole with Direct Vulcanized Process. (heat resistance upto 300 deg.cel. for 1 minute)
3.  PVC Sole Nitrile with Direct Injection Process. (heat resistance upto 70 deg.cel. for 1 minute)
4.  PVC Sole normal with Stuckon Process.
5.  Good Year Welted Construction.

Please note :
We have 3 Injection Desma machines. All 24 station, (1 making single density PU, 1 for double density PU and 1 for PU/TPU), and the 4th is Pouring machine from Gusberti, Italy.
We have Crispin + Shoemaster software which can read DXF file to copy Patterns, given by customers.
We have new Auto Stitching Machine (ORISOL) installed in our factory.
