Surge Has Successfully incorporated microencapsulation technology and now effectively manufacturing taste masked and sustain release granule at Surge Laboratories Pvt Ltd state of the art cGMP compliant manufacturing facility situated at Sheikhupura (near Lahore) also having independent sterile sections for liquid injectables & Cephalosporin dry powder injection.

Currently numerous leading pharmaceutical companies have chosen Surge as its preferred resource for contract manufacturing of their injectable products range and micro encapsulated bulk drugs simultaneously due to high quality the demands from international markets are also quiet encouraging and the company is developing new solid oral dosage sections as an extension to the existing facility.

At Surge we have committed ourself for Quality Micro-encapsulation operations through which we performs multiple micro-encapsulation functions on commercial scale including Taste Masking of bitter molecules, Modified Release Coating, Moisture Protective Coating, Pellet Coating, & Enteric Coating.

The company also has a dedicated micro-encapsulation development lab where our dedicated team is working for development of new formulations for Taste Masking of bitter molecules, Modified Release Coating, Moisture Protective Coating, Pellet Coating, & Enteric Coating as per the requirement of its customers on self contained lab scale equipments.
