The company was formed in 1993 and established its office in Secunda. During the latter part of 1998, the company re-structured its operation into business "sectors" largely to accommodate its growth as SWITCHGEARll as meeting our clients needs, and we formed the company Henque 1579cc t/a Switchgear

Mr C J Schutte is a Master Electrician and will be the only member for Henque 1579 CC T/A SWITCHGEARS focuses is on Purification of Transformer and light Industrial Oil Supply and Repairs to High and Low Voltage Switchgear and Transformers, Testing of specialized equipment, Hazardous areas, Flameproof testing, Infrared Scanning

SWITCHGEAR is committed to on-going training of all our staff to remain abreast with every changing technology as well as quality standard.

We are approved by most mining houses and municipalities and our oil tests are up to the local and international standards. We have currently two (2) purification machines. Best Laboratory and H.T. Test Equipment.

Full 24 hr. standby service with stocks of transformers ranging from 15KVA - 2000KVA and various high voltage switchgear panels. Stocks of items such as cable fittings, terminations, bushings etc.
