The companyhas A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing qualification and theUnited States AWS welding qualification.   In recent years, China's energydemand has shown a high dependence oncoal,the rubber surface wearresistance ofthecoal conveyor beltmachinedrumincoal mine and port, has become theindustry's most important concern for equipment management. In thepast, due totherestrictions ofdomesticchemical materials and processingmethods,drumrubber wear resistance ispoor. Anddue to the short cycle of thereplacement of the drum,it isnot only cause downtime operations,more maintenance costs, drum hanging rubberfrequently,but also greatly shorten theusing life ofthedrumbody. In order to solve the aboveproblems, our company has playedacloseproximity of Beijing andTianjin，andcooperate with theadvanced elastomer materialsresearch center ofBeijingUniversity of ChemicalTechnology  and  Institute ofChemical Industry Polymer ResearchInstitute ofTsinghuaUniversity,and wehave carried out research on the new technology of elastomer andthe preparation of special elastomer composites, the research onthe preparation method of flame retardant and thermoplasticvulcanized polymer composites. In 2004,we imported one set ofrubberwindingequipmentfromGermany Beier Stuo Fu company,whichis completely different from thetraditionalrubbercoveringtechnology andproductionprocess ,completely solve the high wear-resistant adhesive is not easy toglue with the metal problem.   Our company "Huan Ren" branddrum, use independent development of the ten manufacturingstandards for the drum for dynamic balance check, the main body ofdrum and wheel using double-sided welding technology, after weldingall ultrasonic testing and the overall annealing to eliminatestress.
