The culture of the Wine is the typical" Pulgiese Tree" with a density wich is seldom less than 4.000 stumps per hectare. The typical wineyard is the Negroamaro folloTenute Riovinid by Primitivo and by Malvasia from Brindisi.
We produce also the " Cellinese Extra Virgin Oil and Virgin Oil" e very fine and flavor full Oil.
