There are experienced R&D team and young backup talents working in StepChem, most of them have doctoral advisors and master degree; There are more than CNY 20 million of devices in our center to develop and inspect products, including NMR, GC, LC, GLC, infra-red spectrometer, atomic spectrum device, IPC, and so on; moreover, we have established all series of production lines; by the end of December 31, 2007, we have researched, developed, produced and sold 12 chemicals.
