Testar was found in 1993 and located in Taipei Taiwan. Since its establishment, testar has been engaged in the business of procurement for client seeking products and offered the service of qc and inspection of products on demand.
In 1996 Testar Enterprise Co., Ltd. opened a branch in Guangdong, china. According to the extension, testar widens the service with a great variety of products.
Base on its procurement experience. In 1998, testar established its own factory, located in Guangdong china for producing related stationery, diverse bags and promotional, gift items.
In 2000, we are the representative of our joint-venture(Shandong Dongguo plastic Co., Ltd), in charge of the pp woven bag export business.
2008, we expanded our product and service , we open a office located in Anji Zhejiang ,representative of several bamboo product factories to market their bamboo products .
