Founded in 1992, TF Gypsum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd is specialized in designing, development, manufacture and installation of gypsum machinery, including gypsum board production line, gypsum powder production line, gypsum block production line and paper faced gypsum board PVC lamination production line. At present, the company has been able to produce paper-faced gypsum board production line with the annual production capacity of from 2million to 50 million m2, gypsum block production line with the annual capacity of from 100,000 to 1.5 million m2 , natural gypsum, FGD gypsum, phosfogypsum and fluor gypsum powder production line with the annual capacity of from 3 ton to 500,000 tons, gypsum board PVC film production line.
While studying the technology and equipment of the gypsum board production line, the company combines the technology expertise from German Grenzebach BSH and Gyptech company, Lafarge, American companies, and TF Gypsum Machinery Manufacturer Co., Ltdll-known domestic companies, like Kitashinchi Group and Taihe Group. The advanced exchanger heating system, like horizontal and vertical air flow, is adopted in the drying technology. Advanced technology in China and abroad is adopted in the computer-controlled raw material feeding system, automatic edge-cutting, edge-grinding, edge-sealing and stacking. DCS automatic controlling system is applied to the whole line.
In the gypsum powder production line, the advanced technological equipments, like boiling furnace and high-voltage electrostatic dust removing system, are adopted and they make the gypsum powder production line are both energy-saving and environment-friendly.
