Especially in yarn field, we have 4 factories with the most up to date technology from Germany, Japan. Our raw material are imported from Brazil and USA which make our product are stable in good quality.
+ Spinning factory no.1 (22,560 spindles): produce 100% polyester ring spun yarn, capacity 220 tons/month
+ Spinning factory no.2 (25,920 spindles): produce 100% cotton carded and 100% polyester ring spun yarn, capacity 315 tons/month
+ Spinning factory no.3 (7 OE rotor machines): produce cotton open end yarn, capacity 364 tons/month
+ Spinning factory no.4 (60,372 spindles and 2 MVS machines): produce 100% polyester ring spun, 100% polyester vortex, 100% carded cotton, capacity 750 tons/month
Totally, we have 108,852 spindles, 2 MVS machines and 7 OE machines with various kinds of products.
