Our Mill has cutting-edge testing facilities, state-of-the-art machinery and the capacity to produce a wide range of cotton yarn. Our machinery line up uses the most exclusive equipment sourced from the best vendors. Moreover, we understand the importance of high quality raw material. Since the raw material has a direct impact on the final product, we travel to cotton centers in India and abroad to evaluate the quality of the cotton on a first-hand basis before procurement. We use Indian, Australian and West African cotton to suit our Customer’s unique needs. Quality checks are carried out during every stage of production. They form an integral part of our activities. All our personnel are trained in the very best ways and methods to ensure consistent quality. Experienced technocrats are involved during every audit of quality and customer quality requirements are adhered to strictly. We use a high volume testing instrument from Premier for our COTTON and an Ulster Tester and Cascade CSP Systems for our Yarn. Other ways of ensuring consistent quality include following the Bale Management System meticulously, thanks to the high volume cotton testing equipment that Centwin has installed and usage of Autoconers with contamination removal clearers. We are currently exporting our products to EGYPT, ITALY, SPAIN, USA, KOREA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, TAIWAN & SWITZERLAND.
