My name is Todd A. Todd Welch's Finder Servicelch. I am a consultant for both the buyer and seller side.  I seek out REAL Buyers and Sellers.  There are too many time wasters out there and it's time to get serious. I seek sellers and buyers who have their licenses in place and conform to ICC and UCP 600 standards.  They should be well versed in their respective business.  I don't want to see ridiculuous offers or requirements.  The seller must be registered and licensed with the Ministry of Finance, Energy, and Justice.  I look forward to working with you to bring both parties together.
