Total biz fulfillment tbf is a full service fulfillment and back-office center specializing in assisting manufactures grow their brands throughout north america.

Established in 1992 as a new business venture from a family owned and operated publishing business which has been around since 1942, tbf is now the predominate business entity and has grown to over 128,000 sq. Ft of office and warehouse space and are about to undertake a new expansion set for 2007 which will allow up to another 240,000 sq. Ft. Once it is all completed. Total Biz Fulfillment currently provide services for 17 different manufacturers and excel in supporting sales into the specialty market with their requirements of pick and pack as well as national accounts and mass merchants with their all their compliance requirements and potential chargebacks.

Our fully integrated business management systems sets us apart from the competition by enabling real time data to be shared throughout the facility to improve accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and information retrieval. The system allows our use of radio frequency scanners which scans each item as it is packed to insure order accuracy and subsequently inventory accuracy. Couple this system with a truly dedicated staff that is passionate about helping each customer and ensures each account receives top quality service. Whether it is the accounting staff, customer relations staff, management staff or warehousing staff, tbf is eager to see that our customers are happy.
