UGUR ELYAF is incorporated in Tekirdag, Corlu region to manufacture recycled polyester staple fiber. UGUR ELYAF had been operating on rawmaterials manufacturing with recycle concept as it first incorporated. As a result of our over 28 years of experience, we have stepped into the manufacturing industry within the last three years and established our first pet flake facility in 2004. Our company with an Environmental Impact Assessment (CED) report and license in collecting and decomposition of packaging and packaging wastes, has the capacity to provide services to the whole European Side and Thrace Region with its facilities in Istanbul and Corlu. We have beginned with polyester staple fiber manufacturing set out for the project of turning Pet Flake we have produced from scrap plastic bottles into staple fiber with a more integrated system. We have also begun to make export sales with a strategy to open up to the world together with supplying polyester staple fibers to many firms in the country. UGUR ELYAF targets to be the Market leader of Turkey and Europe in recycled polyester staple fiber manufacturing. Our goal is also to create a conscious and clean community along with having the best position in the global market. Our company is long standing and brings production quality and service understanding in the foreground. Our factory consists of two buildings with total of 10,000 m2 closed area. Factory&＃039;s open area is 30.000 m2. Our production capacity is 800 tons/month.
