Its roots date back to 1920s, Kavukcu has a long and rich history, starting with Ahmet Araboglu's first flour mill in Turkey. The company has grown to become one of the largest family-owned flour mills, providing wheat flour, by-products, and pasta in its three production facilities, for both Turkish and international markets.
We serve to the leading wholesale and retailers, wholesale and retail bakeries, feed millers, bakery and food service distributors, along with national and international humanitarian organizations with a full line of high quality flours, by-products, and pastas.

Our daily production capacity is 550mt of wheat flour and 40mt of pasta from our three production facilities; Ulas Gida Un Tekstil Nakliye Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Dost Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Dost Makarna A.S.
Our big storage capacity, 68,000 metric tons of wheat, 17,000 metric tons of flour, 2,000mt of pasta, and our broad logistic capabilities enable us to serve our customers even with their most challenging needs.
Our production facilities are strategically located to ensure the fastest and most effective delivery of the products to the main transport points such as ports, railways, and highways.
