ULUSOY COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS HOLDING INC., which was founded in 1937, has reached today a major role in the Turkish industry by covering many private sectors such as coaching, overland, maritime and air tranportation, tUlusoy Tekstil A.S.ism, hotel management and automotive industries.

While Turkey is approching full-membership of the EU and with the Turkish textile industry set to expand due to Turkey's joining of the EU customs union, the ULUSOY GROUP founded ULUSOY TEKSTIL A.S. in June 1995, supported by massive US$ 63 million investment.

ULUSOY TEKSTIL A.S. has built a fully integrated textile plant of 45.000 m2 in the region of Tekirdag near Cerkezkoy. This ultra modern factory, built to the highest standarts, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest '' State of the art'' machinery for the production of high quality textiles. 400 employees, well suported by an international management team, will produce the annual capacity of :

The Design Department, augmented by French, Italian and Turkish specialists, is developing products ranges for the international markets with the team-spirit aiming to satisfy the demands of the interior designer.
