Unimat Development Corporation's primary purpose is to carry on and conduct a general contracting business with any private and government departments, subdivision, instrumentality, offices, institutions or agency, including the constructing, enlarging, repair, remodelling, operation, maintenance or otherwise engaging in any work upon buildings, road sidewalks, highways, bridges, dams, public market, irrigation systems, manufacturing plants, or public improvements; to engage in iron, steel, wood, bricks, concrete, stone, cement masonry and earth construction, and to enter contracts therefore or relating thereto; as to manufacture and or furnish the building materials, equipment and supplies connected therewith.
