Unique Forgings India Pvt. Ltd. one of reputed Group of companies situated in Vithal Udyog Nagar, Dist. Anand, about 35 Kms from Vadodara and 65 Kms from Ahmedabad International Airport, manufacturers of Closed Die and Open Forgings of Alloy Steel,Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel suitable for Automotive, Agricultural and Industrial applications. We are well connected from Mumbai by Air, Road and Rail services, to reach our Facilities. 3 Forging Plants comprising of total 9 Hammers from 1 Ton to 3 Tons and 2 Open Forging Hammers of 3 Tons and 1 Ton capacity respectively . 1 Casting Unit where we do investment casting and machining as per customer’s specifications and drawings. 1 Machining Plant comprising of 13 CNC s,5 VMCs and other Machines to do accurate machining of the components and castings, as per customers requirement, drawing and specifications. We are catering to all reputed Automotive, Agricultural, as well as Industrial sector and other areas like Material Handling, Mining, Dairy , Refinery, Petrochemical etc.in India .We are also at present exporting our forged and machined components to USA and Denmark etc. as per their drawings and specifications. Capability - Closed Die Forging, single piece weighing from 0.500 Kgs upto 70 Kgs., considering the geometry. Open Forgings,- single piece weighing upto 3000 Kgs can be forged. Our monthly production capacity of all the 3 Units put together - approx 2000 M.Tons. Well laid out Heat Treatment facility in our Plants for doing the Heat Treatment Operation like Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering, ISO Annealing etc. and also modern and precision Inspection Equipment for Dimensional as well as Metallurgical Inspection of the Steel and Finished Forgings & machined components.
