We propose International Shipowners to recruit qualified and competent Ukrainian and Russian seamen. We have a vast database of seafarers who are willing to work and ready to join your vessels. They have all required documents, medical certificates, work experience and knowledge of English.
Our main objective is to supply our Principals with seafarers who are well disciplined, qualified and competent. Our company's been working on the international crewing market since 2000. We work on the basis of State Licence issued by the Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine. We confirm our professionalism with the Certificate of Quality Management System Conformity ISO 9001: 2000.

- accurate specialists selection according to Shipowner's demans;
- head hunting for specialized positions:
- computer testing of seamen's English knowledge, conversational skills checking;
- arranging and booking flight trips to / from vessels;
- arrangement of statutory training courses ensuring STCW compliance;
- rendering assistance in receiving Visas;
