This company is the company specializing in surface processing of semiconductor for the first time in Korea, and since the first mass production in October of 1999, the company mainly targets the domestic semiconductor companies to manufacture the surface processing (electroplating) required in the cUri Fine Plating Co., Ltd.se of semiconductor assembly, and in the future, we expect to make continuing growth in accordance with the development of domestic non-memory industry, development of IT industry, and increase of demand for semiconductor.

Currently, the company is equipped with the facilities of surface processing of semiconductor for 200 million pieces per month along with the continuous coil plating material in the scale of 40 tons per month, and once the additional increase of facilities is completed by the end of 2004, the company would become the largest domestic surface processing manufacturer that manufactures 80 tons per month of continuous coil plating material and 220 million surface processing of semiconductor per month, and it would be among the world largest as a single plant scale.

Along with the currently developed surface processing equipment, the company is intending to make domestic production of coil plating material for connector and precision chemical material for plating. And the company is striving to be the world best and leading company in the semiconductor and electronic part surface-processing field.
