Usaton Electrical Appliances Co.,Ltd. is located in Zhongshan, covered more than 100,000 square meters, where is Usaton (Zhongshan) Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.ll-known for home appliances in the Peal River Delta of Guangdong, China.
We are a leading professional manufacturer owning 18 years' experience in producing home appliances. In 2003, we invested a large sum of money to establish the Pearl Delta Home Appliance Research Center and have built up a strategic cooperative relationship with more than 100 renowned enterprises in China and cooperated with the biggest special materials supplier--UAS Ferro Corporation to innovate the inner tanks of electrical water heaters.
In 2006, Usaton begun to utilize automatic enamel tank production line and were the first to possess ultrathin double enamel technology, leading the way in this field. We also introduced the automatic welding line from Panasonic of Japan and it has made obvious progress.
In 2010, Usaton spent huge sums to establish a kitchen and bath industrial base, and introduced first-class test equipment, which set the goal to create USATON brand for appliance accessories such as range hood and gas stove products. We have built up two new specialized factories with more than 900 workers for manufacturing range hoods and gas stoves, and have enlarged our production lines in order to cater to the special need of our customers.
In 2012, Usaton SanJiao new industrial park is completed, the annual output up to one million sets of kitchen appliances.
In 2013, Usaton spent almost 600 million to establish a new industrial park in HeNan, it becomes one of the largest kitchen and bath industrial base in China.
At present, Usaton mainly specializes in electrical water heaters, range hoods, gas stoves, and more than 200 product clusters in all. We have established business relations with corporations from Eastern Europe, South America and southeast Asia and are exceeding 100 famous domestic enterprises.
