Spectroscopy: Metallurgyical analysis of casting.
Physical Testing Laboratory: Duly calibrated Universal Tensile Testing Machine and Brinnell & Rockwell hardness testing machine.
Wax Testing facilities: For process control of pattern waxes and checking of wax properties.
Shell Testing facilities: To check quality of in coming ceramic and refractory materials. Also for process control and development of shelling systems including Modules of Rupture testing.
Non-Destructive Testing: In-house facilities for Liquid Penetration Inspection.
