Vensomi have started in 2007 with 3 000 m in which we raise HelixAspersa Muler snails. We have started with no experience but with alot of willingness. Through the years our experience grough. Thewillingness to learn, to improve and develop grough too. In 2008our farm was already 10 000. We have started to raise Helix AspersaMaxima. And so today we have: - field for growing snails 10 000Hatchery for small snails with capacity 10 000 000. From 2015 wehave placed the laboratory for chavier production. In 2015 for thefirst time we produced slime ( liquid ). From the 2016 we havestarted to produce meat from snails. Through the years we hadsuccesses and failures. But what holds us is the willingness tolearn and grow, to offer always the best quality of the productionwe offer. For some people this is just a business. For us - mainand favourite work. The things we appreciate are quality andpropriety. Vensomi farm is located in northwest Bulgaria not farfrom river Dunab in village Mocresh, Valchedrym municipality. Thefarm is in pure nature. There aren't any industrial enterprises,area with rich vegetation and many different herbs. In the farm weraise mainly Helix Aspersa Maxima by open way The snails are fedwith vegetation and flour wich is prepared by verified Frenchrecipe which is produced in the certified plant
