We are truly a project management team providing initial development and final oversight of the Engineering and Construction Company to ensure the completion of the project within the budget that has been developed based upon present market conditions.

We are a company of associates comprised from the top people in the engineering fields, with specialties in oil refiners and LNG processes. We also have the resources to draw people with our unique concept and network to have advisor within many other fields.
