Empty drum centering station, complete of lifting unit, rotating unit with 4 driven and 4 idling wheels to control the orifice centering procedures. First filling station for the filling of the 1st third of the drum, with load cell scale to zero the tare and to control the weight. Second filling station for the filling of the 2nd third of the drum and controlled by the previous scale. Third filling station for the filling of the last 3rd of the drum, with load cell scale that receives from the 1st scale the tare value and therefore completes the filling at net weight. Pneumatically controlled dispensing units with an adjustable two-stage closure for maximum measuring precision, complete of relevant nozzles featuring automatic insertion inside the drum for a below the neck line filling. The dispensing units are equipped with flange for connection to the product feeding system. The dispenser is at a fixed height and can be manually turned on its axis. Guarding around the machine consists of sliding PVC doors on its front side with limit switches and fixed mesh panels on the back. Cabling and control panel with PLC, independent push button station for the controlling of the machine and data setting inside the weighing scale. Industrial PC operator interface, connected to the machine PLC for the controlling of the machine, the setting up of paramenters, the diagnostic on the functioning status, the statistics on the down times and production data. It is also possible to set weighing data according to the type of liquid and container with standard deviation calculation and to set the accuracy of each single weighing unit and machine.
