Vraney, Inc. is a family owned manufacturing company producing the award winning Pocket Referee. The Pocket Referee is an educational toy that helps teach kids communication and negotiation skills.

The Pocket Referee comes in the form of an antique brass or gold coin. The Referee coin is an oversized, overVraney, Incight token kids pass between themselves to decide who wins as issues come up.

Each Pocket Referee comes with a carrying bag and clip so kids can take it anywhere with them.

The Pocket Referee has received awards from various parenting and toy associations since it was launched in June of 2009. It's easy and fun for kids to use and benefits everyone by teaching kids to negotiate out of their fights without needing a parent or guardian to get involved.
