There are 300 species of rattan in the world, but only 51 species can be used as a Tools & Furniture. In Indonesia, rattan can be found in Kalimantan island, Sulawesi island & Sumatra island. There are a lot of species in Kalimantan island. Kalimantan famous rattan are Segah rattan, Bujung rattan, Bulu rattan & Semambu rattan. Dayak?? long time ago has used rattan for their equipment, such us babies carrier, mats and many others. They develop their cane work skill into hundred motif. It inspired Us to use the motif for Our furniture. And here We are with Our Rattan furniture.
