All grooved fittings & valves use the modern casting tooling of electric furnace smelting, auto-casting, vermicularizing control. The all machining use the CNC machine. We have 8 medium frequency furnace, 2 auto-casting lines, more than 50 CNC machines, 2 epoxy & painting lines,1 hot-soak coating cable pipe line. 100tong's annual productivity has exceeded 50,000 tons.
