Our Services WELO guarantee to offer 24months maintenance service for all products after shipment Customer needs to apply the RMA number before returning the product(s). The return product(s) need to come with solid unit & serial number sticker. WELO will inspect the return product(s) and provide the inspecting report with-in 5-7days after product(s) return Customer is responsible to pay the shipping charge for returning product(s) to WELO, and WELO is responsible to pay the shipping charge for sending product(s) back to customer LOGO/Lable/Manual/Packing Box OEM is welcome Shipment by International Express(TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx), forwarding Agent
