The sng group is a privately held company with 50 + combined experience in manufacturing, developing and exporting cosmetic and personal care products from Asia.
Due to the outstanding quality, punctual deliveries and pricing, wenyang international co.,ltd have gained the trust of famous companies around the world. We have supplied to the following firms such as del labs (lacross) , the W. e. Bassett company (trim) , pacific world (nailene) , AM cosmetics (jonel) , flowery beauty products, the ida group, revlon, Estee Lauder, boots the chemist, and lr cosmetics gmbh.
We have also participated in selling graphite from the government of sri-lanka, mask, costumes and toys from sri-lanka, cosmetic brushes from sri-lanka, stuff toys from Indonesia (barney) , battery operated toys from Indonesia and an automotive tier 3 supplier to the automotive industry.
In 2002, with the help from our partner, wenyang industrial-set up our new facility in cixi, China to manufacture, package and inspect all goods in house and under our full control. Wenyang industrial with its knowledge of industrial supplies assists with production, QC control, engineering, design, importation of machines and materials and domestic policies. Wenyang has worked with companies such as grainger and tenneco.
Our capabilities include numerically controlled plastic injection, stamping, die-casting, metallic plating, rubber coating, vacuum film plating, two times injection, hot stamping, hand decoration, pad printing, assembly work and final packaging. We are able to produce 3-d and 2-d drawings for products using pro-e software and are able to provide sla sampling based on drawings. Stereolithography (sla) is often considered the pioneer of the rapid prototyping industry with the first commercial system introduced in 1988 by 3D systems.
The system consists of an ultra-violet laser, a vat of photo-curable liquid resin, and a controlling system. A platform is lowered into the resin (via an elevator system) , such that the surface of the platform is a layer-thickness below the surface of the resin. The laser beam then traces the boundaries and fills in a two-dimensional cross section of the model, solidifying the resin wherever it touches. Once a layer is complete, the platform descends a layer thickness, resin flows over the first layer, and the next layer is built. This process continues until the model is complete. Once the model is complete, the platform rises out of the vat and the excess resin is drained. The model is then removed from the platform, washed of excess resin, and then placed in a UV oven for a final curing. The model is then finished by smoothing the "stair-steps. "
