Its predecessor was Wuhu Pharmaceutical Factory ,lasting 60 years in pharmaceutical manufacture. Now its business scope is western pharmaceuticals including small volume injections, tablets and capsules which have more than 160 categories and were GMP-certified in March,2003. Its small volume injection registered as "Changjiang" is famous at home and abroad.

Built in 2003, a new factory( covering 70 acres) is located at the New and High Technological & Industrial Development Zone, Wuhu, Anhui Province ,China. The modern workshops were built according to the GMP standards. And the capacity, equipment and designation are all in the world's lead. Now the annual capacity of injection and tablet is up to 2,000,000,000 ampoules/pills, and of capsule ,up to 500,000,000 pills. In 2004, health products such as "Xin Lukang" (increasing the immunity ) were put into production.
