Wujiang Huafeng Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984 and is a designing and manufacturing integrated manufacturer, dedicated to provide its customers with significant and professional energy efficient solutions in lighting markets.

The company is ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certified. Thanks to its rigorous quality control and clearly-defined management system, HUAFENG currently is one of the leading professional enterprises in lighting markets in China and honored to be one of the committee members engaged in drafting National Standards GB19510.9-2004/IEC61347-2-8:2000 and GB19510.10-2004/IEC61347-2-9:2000 of fluorescent ballast and HID ballast. In the meantime, the company is a pro-found and long-term ballast supplier for two of the three biggest lighting enterprises in the wolrd. HUAFENG is called as a Garden Factory and Model Lighting Enterprise by its customers both at home and abroad. Its originally designed gears and transformers have passed tests and certifications of CCC,CE,TUV,ENEC,VDE,UL .

In the year 2000, it developed its business into lighting fixtures with the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary-Wujiang HUANENG Electronics Co, Ltd, which is committed to providing high-quality lighting fixtures and systematic energy efficient solutions. To date, the production lines have expanded to indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, and LED lighting fixtures.

In 2009, to further meet the dynamic need of customers, the company established a new R&D and Sales office in Shanghai, which indicates Wujiang Huaneng Electronic Co., Ltd. resolution to strengthen product research, and which will keep HUAFENG's leading role in the lighting markets.
