The company has been verifiedby ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmentsystem certification.    The factory is Wuxi Chengfeng Heli Metal Products Co., Ltdll-organized with shortproduction process flow and high level equipment, includinghorizontal continuous casting line, four high reversible roughrolling mill, four high reversible finishing mill, strongconvective bell type bright annealing furnace, slitting line andsurface treatment line. Meanwhile, there are a full set ofmechanical and chemical testing facilities, like spectrometerimported from Germany, micro-control tensile strength tester,digital displaying cup punching machine, etc in the plant to ensureof high quality.  The copper andbrass sheet, strip and foil are mainly used for radio-frequencycable, automobile heat exchangers, heat transfer for vessel andpower generating set, high precision electronic applications,military buttons, etc. The yearly output capacity reaches 20000Tons.   With a strongtechnical force of more than 150 professional workers engaged innon-ferrous melting, rolling and heat treatment, 5 senior engineersand more than 20 engineers and know-how technical workers, we areconfident to provide our customers best quality and services.  Compared with ourcopper factory, the aluminum factory is relatively new.
