Wuxi Zhenda Energy Equipment & Technology Co., Ltd. was set up in November, 2009. Wuxi Zhenda Energy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. wholly owned subsidiary invested in by Jiangsu Zhenda Steel Group. Our company invested RMB50 million at preliminary stage. Our office is located at west end of Huangshi Bridge, Guangshi Road, Beitang Area, Wuxi City. Our company covers 10000sqm.

Now we have 90 staff members, and among them there are 20 professionals. We are mainly engaged in designing, developing & manufacturing Vehicle Gas Systems. Our main products are Hoop-wrapped composite cylinders and steel cylinders with liners for the on-board storage of compressed natural gas as a fuel for automobiles and are widely used in fuel dynamic systems for buses and karts. We are a specialized, high-tech and new style corporation, which has the ability of product design, manufacture, sale and service. Our company has strong ability of technology development in metal material macromolecule and composite materials and other product lines.

We have advanced equipment for gas cylinder manufacture and inspection. At the same time, we have an experienced team in management and production. We have the ability to design and manufacture two kinds of gas cylinders, according to GB17258-1998, GB24160-2009 and ISO11439:2000 standards

To ensure the products quality and improve competitive power and supply customers with safe and high quality products and service, our company has set up a perfect quality assurance system and strictly enforce it. The main materials are high quality seamless steel tubes manufactured by Jiangsu Zhenda Steel Group. Our product quality reaches international standards. Our products are exported to Asia and Europe. The fiber materials are from Owens Corning (international glass fiber composite material provider) and resin formulate is from Polynt Chemical Co., Ltd. and Dow Chemical Co. Now our production capability can reach 80,000 tons per year. We expand production capacity, enrich product category and improve marketing competitive power. In three years, we will add investment of RMB300 million to RMB500 million according to market conditions and add 2 to 3 production lines.

Then our company will increase scientific and technical input and develop high technology content of mobile reserve systems, such as LNG cylinders, Mobile gas stations, Fully wrapped carbon fiber reinforced aluminum lined high pressure hydrogen cylinders and Liquefied hydrogen insulated cylinders. By improving technology, we continue to meet the needs of the markets. We actively apply for high-tech and undertake the corresponding scientific research plan to create good immaterial assets and environment and to build a high-tech firm which has good varieties of products. When the products of our company are welcomed by domestic market, we will work hard to open up more markets from abroad. In two years, our company will get BV/TUV/DOT/KGS certifications and be approved by main country's Association of Classification Societies. Thus, we will develop the Southeast Asian, West Asian, European and American markets to set up cylinder brand of Zhenda.
