XinKai International is direct to sellers/seller mandates. All LOI's/ICPO's submitted must be addressed to the seller/seller mandate with banking information and permission for a soft probe. Buyer mandate must produce their letter of authority from the buyer and be able to make decisions and sign documents for the buyer.A Letter of Introduction is available that outlines the seller/seller mandate procedures.Before any sensitive documents are exchanged, an NCNDA must be signed with all concerned.
