--- SOURCE SUPPLIERS: Our sourcing team seeks to help customers source products using our existing network of Chinese suppliers, we make evaluation on supplier annual base on the cooperation and quality issues.
--- DEVELOP COLLECTIONS: First, we will identify and located a comprehensive list of potential suppliers through various networks according to TP and fabric swathes, then request samples fm each potential supplier and construct an organized list base on the quality of the sample and price, we will deliver physical samples fm the top ranked suppliers for your analysis and fitting!
--- NEGOTIATE MEETING: we make the itinerary according to customer trip along with meeting schedule,.At the client request, we can also take you on a supplier tour to visit the various sites before you make the final decision.
--- FOLLOW UP THE PRODUCTOIN: Our daily job is to follow up the order, supervise suppliers to work under schedules exactly, update the status to customer, send comments and make a correct explanation to supplier, make sure no confusion while sampling or production. Solve problems base on our experiences which occur in producing, report the real situation to help customer determine. We are the ears and eyes for customer here!
--- MAKE QUALITY CONTROL: We work hand-in-hand with customer and suppliers to maintain a high quality standard for the manufactured products, plus our office is located relatively close to suppliers, so it helps us to regularly visit sites to clarify concerns on behalf of our clients. Our Qc direct suppliers to run the qualified inspection according to manual fm the order released,
--- ASSIST SHIPPING: assit supplier and forwarder to ship the goods smoothly and scheduled.
