1、 Process The structure is simple with less problems and the RPM control is easy. Program input will adjust the size of a sock; number input will set the time of forward/backward cam operation; customized program is available at customer’s request to provide 40 different sock designs. 2、Color yarn system 8 sets of main 4-color and 15 of 4-color yarn are in the same 1F; 4-color can be operated once in 18 pins, therefore 6 colors can be produced within the same 1F. 3、High rate of rotation and productivity The number of rotation is 300RPM~370RPM when knitting the body of a sock; 450 RPM~500 RPM when knitting the heel, which suggests 30 dozens can be produced in a day. 4、Controlling device Drumless Type operated by fully electronic control system It uses 32-bit electronic control box with many functions and easy controlling; when a problem occurs, it detects the problem area, shuts down the machine automatically and presents the cause and solution process which facilitates repair process. 5、Heel knitting When knitting heels and toes, it can increase efficiency by controlling the number of rotation. By adjusting the chain program, it can knit socks with heels and toes reversed and various colors and patterns on heels and toes. 6、 Rubber thread device By supplying rubber thread through stepping motor, program’s transfer speed can be set in various ways; it also can knit socks ankle that gradually changes after certain phase; size can also be adjustable which enables various types of rubber thread knitting. 7、Precision and standardization of components With 100% automated system, all components that require precision can be processed with Y.s.d Knitting Machine Co.,ltd technology; core components are produced and processed within the company through designated system, which differentiates our products from those of other companies; our products’ strong durabi
