Our company is located in Jianhu Industrial Zone, which is renowned as the hometown of Chinese agricultural machinery, implements and fittings. DLF has new standard factory buildings, up-to-date first-class processing, testing and detecting equipment. Our annual production capacity reaches 200,000 sets of gears and universal joints, which ranks the first among the whole country.

Independent R&D -- change the tradition
DLF has been introducing advanced foreign technology referring to American-European standard. We have developed more than 20 universal joints (PTO shafts) of involute type, 2-lemon and 3-lemon type which can fit main machines ranging from 15-200HP. European standard big, medium and small sized protective guards and agricultural machinery gears are produced by Italian producers as well. Especially, our heavy involute type universal joints (PTO shaft, fitting 100, 150 and 200 HP) feature big strength, new structure, small connecting clearance and less centrifugal force during operation. Have been released to the market for over 5 years, the fact has already proved that their service life is 3-5 times than that of the traditional products. For this reason, we have won favourable comments from our customers from at home and abroad.
