2. Your offer must be CIF Aden Seaport including 15% our company commission.
3. You must issue the 2.5% bid bond though our bank (as usual) same as the
    performance bond if your offer accepted.
4. Letter of authorization that Yemen Machinery Co. Ltd is your sole agent.
5. Closing date and opening bids 23/9/2003.
6. Term of payment:
- 20% against presentation of shipping documents  
- 80% after delivery and inspection payable within 60/75 days form bill of lading date.
7. Our client asking original offer with catalogues other wise the offer will be rejected.
