Yishui JiuheFuel Oil Auxliary Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. Theproject locates in Lushan project area, Xujiahu Town, Yishui Countyand covers an area of 177,000 square meters. The company intends toinvest RMB 260 million Yuan to the project with complete resigningformalities. The project products of YISHUI JIUHE FUEL OIL AUXLIARY CO., LTD are tetraethyllead and fuel oil antiknock agents--tetraethyl lead-ethyl oil. Theproject will be conducted in three stages with the first stageconstructed and put into operation, the second and third stagesbeing prepared to construct. The annual output of ethyl oil in thestage is 3,300 tons (including ethyl oil for aircrafts andvehicles). The annual output of tetraethyl lead-ethyl fluid willreach to 10,000 tons after the second and third stagesconstructed.　　Industrial ethylfluid is widely applied into air-transport industry and motorcarrier industry. Ethyl oil manufactured by our company isclassified into ethyl oil for aircrafts and for vehicles with ethyloil for aircrafts being blue liquid and that for vehicles beingorange liquid. These ethyl oil mainly consists of tetraethyl lead,1, 2-dichloroethane, 1, 2-dibromoethane, gasoline, antioxidants andpigments. The lead content in tetraethyl of the two kinds of ethylfluids manufactured by Jiuhe Fuel Oil has exceeded 61.48% withdensity of ethyl fluid for vehicles being 1.73~1.76 and that foraircrafts being 1.73～1.76.　　Theindicators for the industrial ethyl fluid manufactured by ourcompany have met the international standards of ethyl fluid foraircrafts and the indicators of congeneric products in the UnitedKingdom after tested by the oil crops institute of a certaindepartment.
