For further strengthening and enlarging the company, it jointed with US Fire Company and incorporated Zhejiang Cohen Think Tank Fire Company in 2002. The new company invested 2, 600, 000 US dollars and constructed 15, 000 square meters garden-style factory, covering 21.3 acreages.
